Studio Policies
Our terms and conditions around bookings, cancellations and no-shows — written to be fair to everyone, including our instructors.
Fair to you, fair to us
We know life happens — plans change, kids get sick, work runs over. That's exactly why we don't ask for the 24 hours' notice that many studios require. But every class is staffed and paid for whether you show up or not, so we do ask for a little notice, and we do ask you to honour the spot you've booked.
Below is our full cancellation and no-show policy. It applies to every booking, whether made through Legit Fit or the Serenity Studio app — and whether you're paying as you go, using a class pack, on a membership, or trying us out with an introductory offer.
You're free to cancel any class, any time, with no penalty at all — as long as it's at least 12 hours before the class starts. A late cancellation is anything cancelled within 12 hours of the class.
A no-show is a booked class you don't cancel and don't attend. Because your spot could have gone to someone else, this is treated more seriously than a late cancellation.
As a thank you for your ongoing commitment, members get a little more flexibility. No-shows and late cancellations are counted together.
Our 3 classes for £35 intro offer and our buy-one-get-one-free mat & yoga offer are available to first-time clients only, and can only be used once per person. These are genuinely discounted rates — we're covering the difference ourselves to welcome new clients in, and our instructors are still paid in full for every class booked.
How it all works
We'd always rather see you on the mat
We built this policy to be one of the fairest around — 12 hours' notice instead of the usual 24, real leniency on your first slip-up, and extra grace for our members. It exists so that every class stays full, every instructor's time is respected, and everyone gets a fair shot at the spot they wanted. If something unexpected comes up, please just get in touch — we'll always do what we can to help.
